Since Last week, many users have been forced to download the social network’s not-so-popular messenger app to access their FB inbox over the mobile phone.
Facebook Messenger app, introduced in the year 2011, didn't work too well among users. From Friday (8 Aug 2014), this messenger app was made mandatory to many users.
Users was denied of access to chat without installing messaging app. Even, when considered to install, its too large in size i.e. around 34 MB. This is the reason for users not interested in installing the app.
Some users, initially wanted to install this app, but later expressed hesitation due to scary privacy terms and conditions.
Fears of app's privacy terms might and include :
1. Recording of Microphone of the phone
2. App has the permission to send SMS and messages
Many Mobile Users in Bangalore city are upset with this new trend of Social Media Giant,Facebook
